Kestrel’s bikes look like the bikes you grew up with — the motor is the secret. The website had to keep that secret just long enough.
Approach
Studio photography on warm neutrals, a model picker that compares by feel rather than spec, and a test-ride booking that takes under a minute.
Outcome
Test rides doubled after launch. Clear thinking, beautiful craft and zero drama.
